    Title:
Remove 'Request Noncatalog Item' option from Punchout link
    Summary:
Remove 'Request Noncatalog Item' option from Punchout link
    Content:

When a user selects a punchout catalog for purchasing, a second page opens with two options:  Punchout to Supplier and request Noncatalog Item.  This is confusing to our users and we would like to remove the Request Noncatalog Item link.  Is this possible?

      Judy,

Yes, It is possible with page customization using Sandbox.

      Thanks,

      Dev Thota.

What you see is not is not related to the Punchout Catalog interaction. On the search results page, the bottom of the page has the option to create a Non Catalog Request through this link. So even through regular shopping, you are going to encounter this. Your requirement , I assume, is that users ought to have this ability in general but just not appear on the Search Results page because as you would know this is a privilege controlled task. But removing the priivilege will remove it everywhere including More Tasks on the Home page.

Assuming you only want the link in the Search Results page gone, perhaps personalization as Dev suggests would help. I have not tried it out myself. You could let others know by posting your findings here if that worked for you once you try it.

      Hi Judy

I assume you were able to hide this through personalization. We confirmed this internally through a test flow as well.
