    Hi Gurus, 
    Greetings!! 

    Encountered an error while submitting a Revision sales order with or without the change in values,

    successfully created Revision with the same sales order, but when tried for the second time system populates the below-mentioned ERROR, 
    even encountering the same error while creating Revision with a new sales order. 

    xxxx Error 
    Your request failed. Contact your system administrator. (DOO-2685381)

      What was the Line Status when you did 3rd Revision?

      I don't find the error now, unable to find the exact reason but will update the reason soon,

      Hi Ram,

      Are you using service item on line 2? I see your line 1 is closed. Were you trying to add new line to closed order?

      Thanks, Prasad for Pointing this Out. we had a similar issue we discussed with development and development provided the patch.

      SR 3-18691183871 : Order with closed lines not letting the order revision Submission.

      A customer has an order where one line is closed. When the customer is opening the order for revision, a warning message is displayed about the closed lines and subsequently, when they are submitting the revision an error message is displayed leaving the order in draft status only. No revision submission is possible for almost any order with closed lines. 

      Order# 942: 
      Line# 1 - Awaiting Shipping status 
      Line# 2 - Closed status 
      Line# 3 - Billing Pause 

      Solution : 28889445 (RCA bug# 28857751) - 7th Dec Patch

      Hi,

      Sorry for the delay in Reply,

      The reason for Error was due to AFLOG setup were active, and they were not reset to original,

      @Prasad- You are right that the 2nd line is a Subscription line and its a bill only line,

      The Subscription lines are kept on Pause till customer confirms to start the subscription, So, Revisions are created to change the dates and release the task for Invoices,
