    Title:
GOP ATP Availability calculation status Delayed
    Summary:
GOP ATP Availability calculation status Delayed
    Content:

In case of Supply chain availability based  my understanding is item availability depends on

    1. If reservable qty available, SO should be reserved without delay

    2. If qty not available ATP should look for sourcing rule, calculate transit time and total lead time for WO/PO and provide scheduled ship date based on that.

Correct me if I am missing anything.

I have reservable qty available in Inv Org in both sub inv 100 qty each (SO does not look at Sub Inv level right? It only looks for Inv level), but if I give warehouse as my Inv org  and do estimate order availability, it says Sales Order availability status delay for 360 days. Looks to me it's not getting onhand and hence going outside of planning horizon. The SO gets reserved with status as Delayed. The ATP setups are done like following doc.

Without a warehouse, GOP is able to source it from some other inventory org, within the supply network. That's the reason it says it is on time.

When we specify the inventory org, it is not getting the onhand because GOP does not have the latest availability data. Or the supply is already pegged to a different demand.

Did you run the GOP processes?

Did you run the collections and refresh the GOP server? Looks like the onhand is not visible to GOP.

Yes, the item is clearly available in Inv Org from Item quantity page as well as supply demand page. It's actually going after ATP infinite time fence. After updating the infinite time fence (say to 15 days) and running GOP, it shows delayed by 16 days. If I remove warehouse it's saying ontime, but if I give the warehouse it's saying delayed.

Running GOP process/collection did not help. I removed infinite time fence from ATP rule, run collection and gop, now it says delayed by 700 days. That means onhand or sourcing rule neither are considered and it's directly going beyond infinite time fence. I have checked onhand is checked in ATP rule. The following document talks about the same problem but do not give any solution.
