    Title:
    Order Entry Speed
    Summary:
    Tips for Quicker Order Entry
    Content:

    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone was aware of tips to address order entry speed on the "Create Order" page.

    1. Do any shortcuts (aside from tab/enter) work on this page?
    2. Assuming that FlexFields cannot be displayed on the fulfillment line or order header (correct me if I'm wrong), is there any way to ease the access to "Edit Addition Information" or lock the orange Actions box on the fulfillment lines?
    3. Is there any way to set the cursor to autopopulate to the "Enter Item" box after submitting one item?
    4. Any additional tips for creating a speedier order entry process?

    Appreciate any help or insights!

      Hi John,

Please see your Question Answers as Follows.

      1. Do any shortcuts (aside from tab/enter) work on this page?
Ans:  there are no Shortcuts for this. You need to Tab or Click to Enter all Fields
      2. Assuming that FlexFields cannot be displayed on the fulfillment line or order header (correct me if I'm wrong), is there any way to ease the access to "Edit Addition Information" or lock the orange Actions box on the fulfillment lines?
Ans: Order Management Have EFF. and you can enter or Edit only the EFF at Header and Line Level during Order Creation or Edit Order. at Fulfilment Line those View will get extended for View Only. you can not edit the EFF at Fulfilment Line Level. You need to come to Sales Order Line and revise the SO and do the EFF change. Organe Button can not be Restricted. Through Sandbox you can Disable it but this is not recommended. Sandbox/Unified Sandbox only  support the role and which you can configure if you want to restrict the Orange Box for some users.

      3. Is there any way to set the cursor to autopopulate to the "Enter Item" box after submitting one item?
Ans: there is no way to restrict it
      4. Any additional tips for creating a speedier order entry process?
Ans: Use Web Service Order Import or SOAP UI for that you need to create a payload for the first time. rest is only the manual way
