    Business Use Case:

    As a Sales Manager, I want to ensure that my team captures maximum data for the Accounts and Contacts that they create in the system.

    Note:
    The dashboard provided here has three pages

    1. Account Data Analysis : To analyze the data completeness for Accounts, grouped by Owners
    2. Contact Data Analysis: To analyze the data completeness for Contacts, grouped by Owners
    3. Team Data Quality: To compare data quality of the team members and analyze who from the team has highest data quality and the lowest

    How to deploy:

    1. Un-archive “Data Completeness.catalog” file which has all the individual reports used in the dashboard.
    2. Ensure that you un-archive it under /shared/custom folder to retain the references that the dashboard has to those individual files (else you may correct those again in the dashboard)

    Implementation notes:

    • The reports measures the overall data capture percentage against five different data points i.e. Primary Contact, Phone number, Address, # of Employees and Industry (in case of Account Data). Users can replace/add any data points that they would like to measure the data completeness against
