    Any time I click on create instance or try to access any other sevice I get below error.

     

    Something went wrong with the last request, but you might be able to fix the problem.Ask your network administrator to allow network traffic over HTTPS. Usually this involves updating network proxy settings. If that doesn't work, please contact support.

      Have this worked in that past? Are you able to access the web console from the public internet (as opposed to from within your customer network)?

      If yes, then this error appears to be caused by a network issue at your end.

      I am getting the same problem, when going to Autonomous Transaction Processing.

      It shows:

      Could it be that the incident has not been resolved in certain regions? (in my case Zurich)
