Perhaps more details could help think about a response or workaround.

      1. What is the business requirement? Not the system behavior expected of showing lesser items, that you have stated

      2. Why do you need this?

      3. What does an Advanced Procurement Requester which is the role that accesses this page need this for?

      4. What is the logic to be used in defining the item restrictions?

      5. Why does the user not search for the specific items through advanced search in the LOV or other means?

      Hi Ashok,

      1. What is the business requirement? Not the system behavior expected of showing lesser items, that you have stated

Ans: Client using Requisition and Work Orders(WO). We need to restrict WO items in the requisition.

      2. Why do you need this?

Ans: Now WO items are displaying in the requisition.

      3. What does an Advanced Procurement Requester which is the role that accesses this page need this for?

Ans: Yes. I have all the procurement related roles assigned.

      4. What is the logic to be used in defining the item restrictions?

Ans: Client using Requisition and Work Orders(WO). We need to restrict WO items in the requisition.

      5. Why does the user not search for the specific items through advanced search in the LOV or other means?

Ans: We need to restrict the items.

Any item that is internally orderable or purchasable is shown in the LOV. It has to be a Standard Item Type and have a Purchasing Category.

Also, I am not entirely sure what or how a Work Order item is determined in PIM. Not having enough details in the post, I can only conjecture these are items that are either Outside Processing Items (These should not show up in the LOV but I will have to double check) or generally belong to the classifications in my response above and so will show up.
