We have been testing Order Management Extensions for additional order validation. The extensions work fine via the OM UI. However our order capture system is external and when updating an order via the OrderImportService web service  our extensions are ignored.

so the question  is are  Order Management Extensions supported when orders are created / updated via a webservice? if not why not?

      Regards

      Karim

Extensions are supported from both the UI and import in a consistent way.

If you are running into an issue, please log a bug and attach the extension code you are using as well as an indication of which event you're trying to use it on.

      Hi Team ,

Can you help us with the following Requirement. Any updates/ Solution :

      • We have a requirement to freeze the order UI so that users can’t make any changes.
      • The point is in between Pick wave creation and pick confirm
      • We are building an solution to integrate 3PLs with Oracle cloud ERP, and as and when 3PL send us an Ack. The orders need to be freezed.
      • I can understand that this cannot be achieved using any standard cloud functionality ( please point if we are wrong). That’s why we need some guidance/ help to know whether we can have any custom way to achieve the same (e.g. page composer).

Further we need some clarification on Below:

      1. What are the attributes user can change once the pick wave is created , at both sales order header and line level.
      2. Is there any way for us to identify changes made in the line level.
      3. Do the user need to make revisions for all the changes? can there be changes made to order without revisions
