    Title:
Correct Attachment Category in a Requisition for Approver as well as Buyer
    Content:

    Hi,

We have a requirement about the attachment in a requisition should be displayed to the Approver as well as Buyer. We have tried Attachment to  Requisition with Attachment Category as "To Approver", "To Buyer", "Miscellaneous" etc. None of these categories are satisfying the requirement. Can anyone please advise on this.

    Regards,

    Ashok

Attachments in Requisitions created with category as To Approver are shown to the Approver as well as the Buyer when the Requisition lines are converted to the PO.

So 'Miscellaneous' did not work per your offline indication?

      Hi,

As far I know there is only one attachment category available which will show attachments to approver and that is "To Approver" category. We had similar requirement at a client where they wanted to send same attachment to approver and supplier. Currently the way to do that is to add two lines one to approver and the other one to supplier using the same attachment (e.g. pdf file).

I think there is also an idea/enhancement request for this somewhere but I couldn't find it right now.

Thank you Michael. I thought I had sent this link to Ashok earlier. I guess I must have been mistaken. I was going to respond with pretty much what you have updated. Thanks again.

FYI. I confirmed that Ashok Rout was able to test out the suggestion that Michael made here and that is in sync with the article I had published on the topic. He confirmed this offline. I just wanted to close the loop on this issue.

I was hoping you would mark Michael's response as the best response as well.

      Cheers
