Last week our Payment Services dept had an issue with the mouse (cursor) not "working"/lining up in Chrome. She tried in IE and it has issues as well, then she tried Edge and it worked.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi Kim, I'd be curious to see if your users' issues in Chrome/IE were resolved after they cleared those caches. I usually give people this advice in similar situations:

Thanks...our Payment Services clears their cache daily however she used the link you sent and will check tomorrow when she runs the cycle again. And she was using FireFox so not sure if that makes a difference.
