    Title:
Modify the price of a purchase order line after receiving the material
    Summary:
    Cost Adjustment from purchase order
    Content:
It is possible to modify the price of a purchase order line after receiving the material and adjusting the cost of the item.

    Example.

I have PO  with  1 Item line.  for  1000 UN     5$/U     reference price

The material reception is done.  for 5$   the unit cost is 5$/U.     the PO is closed to reciving now.

i have in my inventory valuation    Item A  for 5$

I  will close AP and AR.  and the month.

During this time it may be that this material is consumed in a work order or it cannot be.

2 o 3  month after, the invoce arrive to company with the Real item price  8 $/U.

Inventory Valuation will be 8$ now.

if it was consumed in a production order that adds to the cost of production that difference of $ 3

How  to transfer the cost variance of $ 3  to the cost of the item. from the PO, without modifying the line on the invoice  or modifying the invoice line is the only alternative.

      Hi Jesus,

It is possible to modify the closed order price and make a change order for the same.

Setup and main -> Procurement- Procurement Foundation-> Confg Procurement BU-> Allow manual price update on fulfilled orders
