    Hi,

    I am getting strange behavior for Delegated Ticket for chinese and japenese interface. We are using same page to display ticket details for normal ticket and delegated tickets, and strange enough the normal ticket is opening in chinese and japenese interfaces but not delegated tickets. We have about 23 interfaces, out of which only 2 interfaces are unable to display the delegated ticket and when opened, gives error as permission denied. Code for all the interfaces is same. So I am not sure what is wrong and causing this error.

    Select Delegated to me option on right corner at center of screen

    Open any ticket, for chinese and japenese interface, it does not open. Gives error as

    As for the error, it is difficult to comment as it's in a language different from my own so I think it may take some time before you receive a reply. Would you be able to translate the error into English?

      I don't think it's wise to post your installer link, user name and password on the forum and advice you to change the password at once.

      Do you experience this problem always with incidents in a specific language, a language different from your interface language?
      It may be that incidents created on a right to left language or Asian language interface cause an issue when opened on a left to right interface...

      That's the only thing I can think of. I did a quick search on cx.rightnow.com but was unable to find any information relevant to your topic.
      I think I personally would create an SR with Oracle (mainly due to the language barrier) as they are able to route your service request to someone who has this language as their mother tongue.

        No, its not like that. I can open any ticket in any interface be it normal ticket or delegated ticket. Its just that for Chinese and Japenese, the delegated ticket details page errors out to Permission denied.

      Ah ok, so this is on the customer portal right?
      It's possible that you discovered a compatibility issue.
      If you do not receive any other responses to your topic that will resolve the issue, I would suggest you create an SR with Oracle.
