Is there a way to check for broken links across all articles?
I know you can check per answer (https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2728) but after an answer has been deleted I want to check everywhere and not have to go through each answer in turn checking for them.
Hi Richard
There isn't an OTB functionality like that in RIghtNow.
I actually posted a reply to this same problem yesterday in Kyle's thread here: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/48e3c4fbd2
Edit: Actually, instead of having to write a script that goes through the report I mentioned in the above post, you could simply open the report and CTRL+F for the answer ID which you've deleted, any reference to that answer ID will be easy to find.
Hi Richard,
As from NOV15 this is available out of the box. Download the pdf for details in this post.
You stated that you are running NOV15, so that should be working.
If you were running an older version, a good option would be to add custom scripting to a custom reports that checks for each answer whether is is accessible or not.
Regards.
