    Title:
    Deleting Resource Tree
    Summary:
Is there a way to Delete resource Tree
    Content:

We have migrated our build from Dev env to Test env. As it was dev env so there are lots of resources in our Resource Tree which are created for Testing purpose only and now in Test env we will be creating more. Our client does not want these test/fake resources to be moved to Production evn. Is there a way to avoid this?

    Thanks

      Hi Adam,

IMO isn't. The inactive resources will be deleted by the system automatically after a year inactivity.

"Removal of inactive resources" on page 14.

      Hi Adam,

We've experienced exactly the same issues when cloning environments in the past. As a result theres a lot of old buckets which we've had to move in the resource tree to essentially a "Bin" group which we then hide from all of our end users. Its not ideal that you cant delete resources in my opinion.

Hi Adam, You might want to post this idea in the idea lab for consideration as an enhancement in a future version. If you can post the idea # here, then Zsoft and Chris can go like it/thumb up so it gets more traction from product development. Make sure to put the business benefit/impact as it helps when they are evaluating the idea.
