    Hi All

I'm trying to create a custom PHP script that updates an incident with a response and sends it out to the customer,  I'm using the example code from the documentation for 18B but when I test the code a I get error "Class 'RightNow\Connect\v1_3\IncidentResponse' not found".

Here is the code below, am I doing something wrong ?

    Thanks!

    Hi All

Ok I have discovered that the test site we are developing this on has issues and it works fine on our prod site so we are going to destroy our tst site and recreate it from Prod

    Thanks

Make sure you are using Connect 1.4, it probably won't work in Connect 1.3. IncidentResponse has been introduced in 18B, so it should work based on the product version.
