    Title:
How to "close" an agent script when it's done executing?
    Summary:
    Method to close agent script?
    Content:

    Hi all,

I am working with agent scripts & workflows and i want like when an agent script is called and the user answers a question as "no" the script should close automatically. Right now i am closing the script manually.

I tried named event in script and workflow with the "Return" but still nothing happens.

    Thanks in advance!!

There is one very simple script I am using for a workflow, and I have it "closing" once a particular question has an answer using a script rule. If that field changes, and the value is not null, then it is supposed to fire finish script event. You could easily do the same thing with the condition being, if the value =no.

      Hi Lakshay,

It depends on what you mean by "close". Check out the Script Exit and Finish buttons Dynamic Agent Desktop recipe for some ideas.
