      Hi Madhu,

It is possible for the techs to identify open jobs near to his location and act upon it. However, it is not a good practice of field service implementation.

        Hi Sankar,

The scenario is the field manager has to view technician location and the Sr. Manager has to view the technician location.

So the field manager should be a resource in the hierachy tree, so in that scenario Sr. Manager has to see field manager.

        Thanks,

        Madhu

      Hi Madhu,

If I understand your question correctly, then you're looking for a way to give right for a technician to start Routing on a Bucket. If the UT is able to login into Manage and has the required R/W right on Routing then he able to do, but IMO this is an avoidable scenario to login into Manage from a small screen mobile device.

Other case one can be: the technician is able to move activities between other technicians (from/to Bucket also) if he has the necessary right in his UT. This is true related to both Manage and Mobility.

      Regards,
      Zsolt

      Hello Madhu,

Primarily check the technician's User type and then check the permission of same user type. if User Type has the Routing permission then technician is capable to do Routing using Core Manage screen. Ideally technician has Mobility access only.
