    Auto create Contact in CP using SSO

    Using SSO login, if contact is not available in service cloud it will create automatically with the External IDP credentials. how could it possible, what are the steps, I've found some configuration in PTA, EGW_AUTO_CONT_CREATE and it is enabled. but not creating a contact in DB. any solution.?

      I find something that why EGW_AUTO_CONT_CREATE is not creating contact because I am not using PTA, I am using SSO (SAML). So it could not create contact. Any solution For SSO.?
