    Hi Mohan,

Since Release 12, all Fusion Cloud environments are GSI (Global Single Instance), in which all tracks/modules (Fin, SCM, OEC, HCM) are integrated.  The provisioned ones will be the modules which have been licensed /purchased by the customer.

The following emails should be received:

    1. Welcome Email for TEST environment (this instance will be used for both SCM as well as OEC)
    2. Welcome Email for DEV environment (this instance will be used for both SCM as well as OEC).  This email is expected only in the case where the customer has purchased a DEV, else not.
    3. Welcome Email for PROD environment (this instance will be used for both SCM as well as OEC)
    4. Welcome Email for MyServices Admin for TEST
    5. Welcome Email for MyServices Admin for DEV (if DEV is purchased by customer)
    6. Welcome Email for MyServices Admin for PROD

    Hope this helps!

        Hi Navin,

Thanks for your detailed explanation. I just checked the my customer's admin mail box, he received one email for accessing the myservices only. He didnt receive any welcome mail for OEC & SCM instances.

And more over we could not see OEC & SCM instance details in the identity domain except IDCS. We raised an SR and they shared the new identity domain to see the OEC & SCM instance details. Is it expected behaviour since customer didn't receive this detail? Customer yet to login in the new identity domain.

        What is your suggestion here?

Do you want to update the SR like, we didn't receive any welcome mails? or shall we get the admin rights from new identity domain myservices?

        Thanks,

        Mohan

      Hi,

Addition to the above query, I tried to access the myservice using the below url instead of the URL which we received from Oracle where it embeds the identify domain.

      http://myservices.emea.oraclecloud.com

It is prompt to enter the identity domain. I entered and it navigates to next screen where it ask for the credentials. When I entered the credentials received the below error.

The information you entered is incorrect. If you've forgotten your password, click can't access your account.

Is it expected behaviour? Since we have two identify domain, I am using the above URL to access it. Provide your inputs.

      Thanks,

      Mohan

      Hi Navin,

Thanks for your inputs. You are correct.

Oracle created 3 identify domains where it leads to issue.

      Thanks,

      Mohan

I am attaching snippets from a document which I have prepared for customer onboarding. Hope it helps you further.

Also, I would highly recommend you to explore Note ID 110.2 on Oracle Support Knowledge base. It is a great launchpad, with indepth explanations.

        Cheers!
