    Title:
Supplier Contact not showing when self Registered
    Summary:
Supplier Contact not showing when self Registered
    Content:

I have created several Self Registered Suppliers - complete with Contacts (sometimes multiple).  After we have approved them and start to create Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contracts and Negotiations using these Suppliers, the Contact name (and email) are unavailable.  Thinking that I may have missed a step in the setup, I went back and tried to get the Contact to appear.  No Luck!  Any thoughts?  Anyone else find this?  We had the problem in 19B and have just updated to 19C with the same issue...

    Thanks,

    Bill

    Hi Piyush,

You were on the right track.  My issue actually stemmed from using Chrome - when trying to add the Address to the Contact (while in Edit mode), the page would not show...  I thought that the feature was not enabled and created this thread  However when I went in using Firefox, I was able to edit and add the address to the contact (which is the root cause) and once the change was approved the contact showed up in the process flows!

    Thanks for your suggestion!

      Hi Bill,

Different flows have different conditions for showing supplier contacts, some allow selecting only administrative contacts and some allow contacts who have their user accounts created. Please review if you have got at least one supplier contact (from the list of contacts) marked as administrative contact. If not, select at least one as an administrative contact and then check if the contact shows up in your flows.

      Thanks,

      Piyush
