    We have an requirement to have Sales Representative Hierarchy in Demand Planning.

    How can we achieve this?

    Can we use custom Hierarchy Upload to achieve this requirement? (or) is there any better way to do this from OPS Source system?

    Please let us know.

      Hi Ramesh

      I believe seeded Sales Hierarchy is not supported in DM, its only supported in S&OP.

      You should be able to use custom hierarchy to load Sales rep hierarchy. We did implement this approach successfully.

      Can you please let us know to which  "Dimension" you have mapped the "Custom Sales representative Hierarchy" as we don't have Seeded Dimension for Sales Representative in Demand Management.

      Below are the available Dimensions.

      5.Demand Forecast Method

      6.Exception Type

      7.Order Type

      8.Organization

      9.Plan

      10.Product

      11.Resource

      12.Source

      13.Supplier

      14.Time

      Please let us know as this would help us in understanding that how best we can leverage the custom hierarchy upload for Sales representative.
