    Title:
OTBI Analysis - Controlling Alphanumeric Sort - Uppercase and Mixed Case Sequence
    Summary:
How to override the impact of Upper Case data that is sorted ahead of mixed case?
    Content:

    See attached image.

Suppliers "Adams..., Adjuster.., Advanced..., and Advantage..." are mixed case and are sequenced after "ASAP RESTORATION CORP" All Upper Case.

    Why?

Is it possible to change the analysis column via formula or SQL to convert all row values to Upper Case to override the sort?

I believe I solved the Supplier Name column sort issue.

Inserted a column function f(…) using String option and converted the column data using UPPER.  So only in the report are all Supplier names printed as all-upper-case. This solved the sort sequence.
