    Title:
Cannot see Requisition Lines in PROCESS REQUISITIONS screen
    Summary:
After the Requisition is in approved status, it is not available in Process Requisitions Screen to create a Purchase Order
    Content:

We planned to import Requisitions from Service Now to Oracle using Rest API. We are able to get them into oracle once they are in approved status in Service Now, we can see them on Requisitions screen but when I tried to find them on Process Requisitions Screen/Add to Document builder then I can't see them. So, I am wondering is there any setup we are missing or please let me know how we can make this work?

    Version:
    Oracle Fusion R13

    See if this helps:

Imported Requisitions Cannot Be Found In 'Process Requisitions' page (Doc ID 2254624.1)

Remove the Buyer from the search window and then try to find out.

Usually, Oracle defaults the Buyer name on the search window and if the buyer on the requisition is different or blank, you may not see the requisition.

Note: Many of the times, we just forget to do this and issue occurs. I have seen this happening with many users. Kindly check.

Are there any matching agreements for those lines?

There could be a chance that PR is already converted to PO if an agreement is available and automatic PO creation is set to 'yes' on an agreement.

no we do not have any agreements enabled and we did not enable Automatic Po creation

Try to create PR in Oracle cloud itself and once it is approved, see if you can see it in 'Process Requisitions' window.

If Oracle PR is shown, something is wrong with the way the Servicenow PR is getting imported.

Yeah I already created the Req in Oracle and it is showing up in process requisitions screen, but when it is imported from service now we cannot see them.
