    Title:
error trying to add integration service connection in VBCS
    Summary:
Cant get list of integrations from VBCS
    Content:

Was wondering how do I add a service connection to an integration in  VBCS .When going through the process of add service connection >> integration, the list is empty and tells me there was an error:

"Failed to fetch contents from Integrations"

Is this not what I think it is? I'm trying to run an integration from VBCS

    Thanks for any help.

    David,

Did you try to manually setup the integration settings?  I've had situations where I needed to do the "Override Tenant settings" and put in the url and creds.  If it works with the override, you can work with support to make sure the tenant settings are correct so you don't need to have these settings.

Also, make sure you have REST services in OIC that are activated.  They would then show up in the catalogue.

Thanks for the response John, Yes, the override tenant settings were done and integrations are still not showing.  I'm unclear what you mean by "REST services", I do have REST connections that are active and I have Integrations that are also activated. Is there something I'm missing in this case?

After realizing this wouldn't work with orchestration integrations, I used an app driven orchestration to achieve this and make a rest trigger connection. With the URL I'm able to get a button to activate the integration from VB. Thanks John!
