    Enabling Delivery channels in OFSC

    Hello,

    I am using OFSC message scenarios. On the message scenario window, when i click the Channels button, there is no option to add delivery channels. Could anyone kindly advise on the same?

      Hi ,

      Ensure For your user type the Message scenarios is having the 'read write' action visibility.

      Alternatively, you can check if you have communication module enabled in your environment.( configuration -> about). If the module isnt licensed, you might not have license for customer communication scenarios from OFSC.
