    I have a customer connect profile with my last employer email id. I want to link that profile with my new account id. How can I do it? please suugest

      Hi Santosh,

      Instead of creating a new one, you could have used the old profile itself.

      All you need to do is, send an email to the Customer connect team and I believe they will do it for you.

      You can then login with your new employer email Id.

      Note: Your new employer must be a Oracle Partner (I hope so).

      Hi Santhosh,

      You can update your email/username name in Oracle Support, after which please send an email to CLOUDCONNECT-HELP_WW@ORACLE.COM.

        Hi Rahul,

        I was not knowing about updating my last login id with new id, so I created a fresh oracle support account with my current employer email id.

        Is there any way to correct ?
