hard to say since the report definitions from the locked report are not visible. There are quite a few hidden reports within the system that use data tables not accessable for us. In this particualr case it might use the read log, this one can be enabled when submitting a service request.

    See: Read Logging

Once the ‘Show Read Transactions’ design item is checked in the appropriate workspace, when incidents or contacts are viewed, an entry appears on the Audit Log tab.

If you would like to enable either of these functionalities please submit a service request to Ask Technical Support

      Hi Jacky

It's currently not possible to remove the Recent X list from a search dialog. You can collapse it using the double right arrow at the upper right of the list and it will remember that you collapsed it each time you open the window. NOTE: This functionality is stored in your local user settings, so it won't transfer between users or between machines. It's also stored by context, so collapsing it for custom objects won't collapse it for Organizations.

Also have a look at this idea in the lab: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/91bbd2b062

To hide recent items from the navigation section you may want to change the default 10 to 0 in your personal settings

Thank you for your reply, and I have another question: Why can't unconditional reports display data in the loop type field? When I open this report alone, the data will be displayed

      Hi Jacky.

I'm not sure if I understand the 'loop type field' correctly (maybe due to different translations within the application).
Would you be able to attach a picture of this?

      HI Sebastiaan Draaisma.

My main report and minor report are the same. Why only minor reports show search results and major reports don't show results?

Ah, that is because the Recent X list in a search dialog is not really a report (it's locked from editing). The displayed columns are determined by the dialog - based on the type of record being displayed.

Only if this idea will go through, you will be able to change it.

Well, this field sets the same report, one shows data, and one does not show data. What's the reason?
