    Hi

    I have a subscription for Oracle Policy Automation for Human Resources Help Desk Cloud Service (HRHelpDesk)

    By referring to the product documentation here:

    I noticed that the above product is missing some functionalities such as .:

    1- Interviews

    2- Mobile Interviews

    My question is:

    - What is could be the use of OPA if we are missing the above features?

    That subscription is not missing "Interviews".  Referencing the same documentation,  interviews are included but limited under that subscription to: "*User-based license compliance must be implemented. Oracle Policy Automation for Human Resources Help Desk can only be used for employee facing interviews, and cannot be licensed together with Oracle Policy Automation Agent Cloud Service."
