    Title:
    OTBI - COA Hierarchys
    Summary:
Only child level of hierarchy's are visible in OTBI - General Ledger - Balances Real Time Subject Area
    Content:

    Hello,

I want to use the General Ledger - Balances Real Time OTBI subject area, the big issue I am having though is when I look at a segment of our chart of accounts all I have available is the lowest child level.  If I expand the descriptions I can see other levels of the hierarchy mixed in with the lowest level descriptions - when I pull either objects into the report I just see the lowest child level.

If I look at the Tree Filter object this only has 'NOT APPLICABLE' as an available option, the hierarchy object in the same folder only displays ALL and nothing else.

I've looked through the COA structure, tree versions etc but I can not see anything that looks wrong - everything is published, column flattening successful.

    Can anyone help?

    Many thanks

    Stu

      Hi,

Have you checked if the GL# KFF still shows up as deployed? See the solution detailed in the white paper attached to the post here: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/9ca72c8592

If steps 1-3 were already performed, confirm whether GL# KFF is not showing up as deployed. If so, follow steps 4-7 to deploy and update OTBI subject areas.

      Thanks,
