    Hi,

    I get the below error when I try to initiate co browse in a customer chat session. The screen sharing button is also disabled.

    "The customers environment does not support this version of cobrowse"

    See attached screen shot. 

    Environment details :

    Service Cloud version: Feb 2015

    Browser : Chrome (Version 41.0.2272.101 m)

    Only OCS or trained partners are to perform certain details of the Cobrowse configuration. These deployment specialists will work with the customer to obtain information about the co-browse user interface, domains to be co-browsed and optional security configurations. They will be able to complete your Cobrowse set-up.

      Hi,

      we had similar problems with the chat cobrowse button greying out.The problem can be resolved by following the steps below:

      1. Get access to https://www.livelook.com/WebTools/MyLiveLOOK/Login.aspx by sending a mail to michelle.brusyo@oracle.com.
      2. Change the mode to Advanced from ICB.
      3. Make sure that the chat transcript widget is on version 1.3.

      Hi guys, I'm getting the same error in Oracle Service Cloud November 2015 (Build 243, CP 243) SP3
