    HI Guru's,

        The incidents were completed in the field Service, but in CRM it is still open with status. We have 200+ such WorkOrders which are still in the OPEN status in CRM.
    If there is any chance to reprocess these WO's.

      Hi Ajinkya,

      Heavily depend on your implementation.
      IMO if your flow is based on Message Scenarios, then maybe the failed messages can be resend one-by-one. If it's not then maybe there is a middleware between them and you can resend messages from the middleware.
