    Hi Keerthi,

This isn't possible at this moment, but you can assign the activity for one technician and you can assign as many additional technician onscreen to him as you wish.
Finally you will have one technician who do the activity and some others who do Assisting job.

    Regards,

      Hi Keerthi,

It is not possible with a single assignment field, but it is possible using a couple of different approaches. The first would be the one described by Zsolt, which is to assign a Task to an account set up as a Manager of other accounts. These other accounts would also then be associated with the Task by proxy. The alternative, depending on how many additional assignments you want to make, is to create additional assigned fields using the Custom Object editor. You can then assign the Task to multiple people, though doing so would also require modification of Task reports to show Tasks where the logged-in account is listed in any of the assignment fields.

      Regards,

      Mike

      Thanks Zsolt!!

While adding a new activity type, there is a feature "TeamWork".  Would not this feature helps us in this scenario?  Would you mine telling the importance of TeamWork feature in Add Activity Type Screen?

      Hi Keerthi,

I think this option is creating an internal activity which is available only for the event when onscreen assigning happens between resources.
But it doesn't matter which option will you use, the result will be an individual activity which can be assigned just one resource at a time.

Of course you can make a duplicated and linked activity on inbound interface and assign activities to different resources, but I believe this isn't the solution what you're looking for.

      Zsolt

      Hi All,

I marked Zsolt's first response as the best answer because it is straight forward. When asking questions, please remember to come back and mark a best answer so both Zsolt can know he is helping and other community members can know there is an answer to this post.

      Thanks again!
