    Hi Anil,

This is the general behavior of the OFSC. It's no matter how the activity was finished in the past (complete, not done, or just left pending scheduled for past day), this becomes RO after the time specified in Configuration / Business Rules / Overnight work. You aren't able to change any data on it, or reopen, close and so on. No workaround for this. If you can replicate that activity for today (I mean copy details to a new activity) then you can do anything with it as usual.

    Regards,
    Zsolt

        Hi Zsolt,

Thanks for the solution. So based on the "working time" parameter value under "Configuration-->Business Rules-->Overnight Work" will make the activity RO.

        Thanks,

        Anil
