    How to remove Repeating activity

    Does anyone know how to remove Repeating activity ?

    Seems like the End Date field is missing from the Work Order Details screen.See the attached screenshot

    The Field Service Cloud version we have is 19B

      Hi Hansen,

      The empty End Date means the activity will be repeated without an ending date. All related activities can be deleted by selecting a pending one, and cancelling that with the option "activity series entirely". If the "Cancel" option isn't there then the relevant UT need to be edited.

      Can you tell me how to edit the 'relevant UT' ? Is it through the code or through the Config ?

        Configuration / User Types / Screen configuration / Application screens / "Edit/View activity" upper part where the buttons are, and edit "Cancel" visibility.

      My UT has the ability to "cancel" an activity but I am not given the option to cancel future and recurring activities.

      I am thinking this is a bug and should be escalated to Oracle.
