One of the tools to explore for data related issues or errors in applications is Diagnostics. While there is an awareness of this feature for specific use cases related to requisitions, there does not seem to be a holistic understanding of the what, the how and the why related to its usage.
The attached document is to serve as a primer to introduce all customers and support to the various diagnostics options available in Fusion Self Service Procurement.
We expect that you will review this and apply it in the relevant situations as a first level triage to identify or consolidate your understanding of an issue before you decide to log a bug.
