    If I open the Autonomous Transaction Processing service console, click the development option and then select Oracle APEX, I receive the following error message:

    503 Service Unavailable
    The username or password for the connection pool named |ocid1.tenancy.oc1..aaaaaaaapvymb3hwmroo2arb7grq2tzofxynvv3uihlk4ikyyqtv7ch27dkq-afdv|re|, are invalid, expired, or the account is locked

    Selecting SQL Developer gives the same error.

    I have attempted to connect to the database using a local SQL Developer Client and SQLplus. SQL Developer doesn't return an error or timeout, and SQLPlus returns "ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified". I have downloaded the wallet and updated sqlnet and tnsnames as per the documentation.

    I have previously raised this as a service request, but been advised that as this is an 'always free' instance, there is no support, apart from via the forums.
