    Maps not showing activity location

    In the map view of the activity dashboard the location is not getting plotted on the map. I am using Google maps view. The address is correct as the address is taken of an existing place.

      hi Santosh, the address associated with the activity needs to be accurate in order for your maps engine to decode them and derive the exact co-ordinates. Only then will you be able to see the location on the map.  Easy way to see if your address has been decoded is via the activity details section from manage. I believe its the customer info tab, that will have a section for co-ordinate status with values like 'found' or 'not found'. An alternative is to pass the actual co-ordinates along with the activity creation xml, that is the most reliable method and you should be able to see the location on the map subsequently.

      Thanks for the Answer Rohan. I am taking the correct address from Google maps itself. Common searches like popular restaurants give the restaurants give the restaurant address. So just copying those addresses and using them. I have also checked the country code and state code in business rules. 

      Passing coordinates is not a feasible solution in my case.
