    Content:
    Hi

    I have configured chat inlay into my customer portal site.
    however, it has not been working.
    Please advice me how to set/use proactive chat inlay.
    What is nesseccary for that except following settings.

     - The setting information is following -

    ■standard.php■
    <inlay-oracle-chat-pac
    class="inlay"
    id="pac1"
    accept-action="fireEvent"
    site-url="http://MyInterface.custhelp.com">
    </inlay-oracle-chat-pac>
    <script
    id="oit-loader"
    src="MyInterface.widget.custhelp.com/s/oit/latest/common/v0/libs/oit/loader.js"
    data-oit-increment="true"
    data-oit-group="" async>
    </script>

      Hi yo-t

      Please use following markup -

      <inlay-oracle-chat-pac id="chatPAC" class="inlay" site-url="yourCPInterface.widget.custhelp.com"></inlay-oracle-chat-pac>

      <script id="oit-loader" src="https://yourCPInterface.widget.custhelp.com/s/oit/latest/common/v0/libs/oit/loader.js" async></script>

      Note - site-url attribute does not take protocol. For PAC inlay the correct attribute is 'confirm-action' which is already set to default value of 'fireEvent' so you don't need to set it.

      OIT_CORS_WHITELIST - should be set to yourCPInterface\.custhelp\.com
