    Timeout messages in the browser
    A connection to the server has failed. (status=503)

    Hi All,

    I and other users are experiencing this 503 message (not all the time) on two separate pods in two separate organisations. We just click to the ok and continue but it is quite frustrating. Has anyone encountered this and if so can you advise what you have done to resolve?

    If it helps, EPM Cloud supports Firefox ESR browser, for which the latest release is 60.x.  See Supported Browsers.  Firefox 63 is a personal use release, which is unfortunately not supported.  See Firefox Extended Support Release.  That could very well be at the crux of this.
