      Hi Yasmin!
Are you basically asking for example that your SOURCE instance was refreshed to a TARGET instance and you want all the transactional information to be populated in the TARGET instance as well?
On our end, every time we want a refresh from a source to target, we simply raise a ticket with Oracle and they schedule the refresh 2-3 weeks later. The refresh then contains all transactional details including SLA and GL entries.
Does this answer your question or are you looking for a specific way to achieve this without Oracle support?
      Let me know, thanks!
      Regards,
      Felix

Payables open invoices at the time of cut-over can be uploaded through FBDI or ADFDI spreadsheet templates. There are a few pre-requisites that you need to take care of. Particularly you need to make sure that the accounting is a wash from these open invoices.

Receivables open invoices at the time of cut-over can be uploaded through FBDI spreadsheet templates. You will need to configure AutoInvoice and a few other things to do this.

GL opening balances can be uploaded using FBDI or ADFDI spreadsheet templates. There are templates for FA as well.

Each of these methods need some amount of research, analysis, design, configuration, testing before you do this in a Production system.

      Suppliers and Customers also FBDI.
Nowadays you can use also RestAPI for many transactional data. This can be also a way to go for conversion if your developers are more comfortable with these tools.

FBDI is supported for bulk upload of customer & supplier masters including open transactions migration.
