I am creating an Incident from a SOAP request, which is generated successfully, my client has the need that when a VIA WS incident is created, a pop-up window of any type is generated that notifies the user that an incident has been generated hereby . .
This is possible?
Can you add an option how are you in WS?
Can this be done by configuration?
only the pop-up window for chat requests was found, but not for other cases

I think a better way would be to use a business rule and send a notification through a BR when an incident is created with the source API
