I would love to hear about reporting options for the agent console side of knowledge foundation. We currently only use the agent console, not the web portal, and I have found very few reports I can use.

Hi, I would like to know how I can drill down into search reports at lower levels. Our contacts are grouped into a hierarchy, so we'd like to see from top level down, how many colleagues access the site each day, how many searches they carry out, how many answers they view etc.
When I try to run anything like this, the report fails due to too many data lookups (we have around 25,000 contacts in the tool).
In that case I would suggest linked reports instead of drill down (looks the same for the user once configured). This would reduce the report size and will also allow you to check the usage of each linked report which would equal the use/usage of each drill down
