    Inventory required


    I would like an help for a requirement.

    In creating an activity through the inbound, it is possible to put the inventories required to carry out the activities, but how do I make sure the recruiter has this material?

    Scenario 1: To create an activity directly for the technician it is mandatory that the resource has the materials to perform the same. If the feature does not have the material can not be created.

    Scenario 2: To create an activity in the basket, the scheduler can only route to the technician who has the material to perform the activity.

      Hi Jonathan,

      As you mentioned while creating the activity you can pass the inventories required in the required inventory section:

      The SWO will be assigned in a common bucket.
      So when you drop it to a technician and if the technician does not has the required inventory(ies) then OFSC will throw a popup saying "there required inventory is not present with the resource".
      Also when you drill down on activity details there is a required inventory tab. Over there it will show if the item is missing.
      Even on the technician's mobile he/she can see as a warning that the particular activity has a required inventory missing
