      Check the underlying connection and if possible test the REST/SOAP API linked to it manually first?

        can you please brief the case. i didn't get you sorry.

          My point is how did you validate your endpoint URL? Is it a REST or SOAP connection? If it is, I would suggest use some 3rd party tools Postman or SOAPUI to test your endpoint url manually and make sure it connects to server.

            No...My case is different.

            I am using app driven orchestration... When I am configuring Trigger point I am able to configure and after that I am try to update the configuration its take long time and showing alert msg which I was mentioned above
