    Title:
    Shared Services
    Summary:
    Shared Services model
    Content:

if we have 4 BUs  BU1, BU2, BU3 are separate line of businesses but BU4 is the shared services for all of them (HR, global finance, procurement and IT)

For example, when BU4 buys on behalf of BU1,

    1) will everyone in BU4 have the capability to approve BU1 expenses?

    2) can we put each shared service into a different BU that can cross charge to the BUs?

    3) can we limit so that BU4 personnel can only approve BU1 expenses and nothing else?

    4) Same would apply to the shared services and limit them to only their respective areas?

    5) how would it work for expenses that currently reside outside of cloud system (i.e. joint venture that reports into BU1 only for example)

    Thanks

    Yasmin
