    appt_number can be found as "Work Order" in the field list

      HI Keerthi, 

                      According to my understanding you do not have  permissions to modify the above properties. Check permissions in the display profile to see if you are having such permissions .

      Assuming you have 17.2:

      Configuration - Application: Choose your soap user there

      Check in the Access araea: Inbound Interface API

      Add the missing field(s)  using "Available Activity fields" from the dropdown menu
