I see! Unfortunately, anything that is developed by myself or my colleagues is proprietary to the company so we cannot share them. My recommendation is that you download the Setup Tasks and Task Lists and then build spreadsheets for those configuration pages. You can also possibly run extracts for the configuration pages and then use those templates as templates that need to be populated by the client. This approach would definitely save you some time.

Are you talking about prebuilt templates or simply the Setup Task and Task Lists that are within the Oracle environments?

        Hi,

Prebuilt templates. Like we will send the configuration templates to the customer.

I understand your point, is there any standard formats/sheets available ?

I guess the extracts from the configuration will not work, since it is an implementation process that is yet to start.

There are no standard formats/sheets provided by Oracle besides what can be found within the instance under Setup and Maintenance -> Actions -> Go to Offerings -> Related Documents. Maybe you can try simply Googling "Configuration Workbooks for Oracle Cloud" and someone may have posted some that have been built by them.
As for extracts from the configuration, there are always seeded values in many of the configuration activities. The only ones you will not find anything are most likely the Enterprise Structures. If I give you an example of a module I know, Accounts Receivables has configurations in almost every page except the Receivable System Options which means that you can still extract the seeded values and build configuration workbooks based on these extracts.
