    Revenue Recognition in the Contracts Module

    Transactions not being picked up in the Revenue Recognition process
    Content:

    We have several transactions that are not being picked up by the Revenue Recognition process.  These transactions are on projects that are associated with a Cost Reimbursable Invoice Method.  The process is picking up some transactions just not all of them.  The contracts associated with the projects are active and not overspent. Some show as being fully invoiced with revenue not recognized.  I have attached a screenshot of the expenditure item.

    Any information on this process would be much appreciated.

      There could be many reasons why the revenue was not recognized.  I would suggest you please log a Service Request (SR) with Oracle Global Support through your My Oracle Support portal for this and other similar problems.  The Global Support Engineers can help troubleshoot the problem and, if needed, can involve Application Development in investigations and resolution.
