    Title:
Salesperson Set up - Quick Question about missing Function on Custom Rol creation.
    Summary:
Missing Function > "Manage Trading Community Resource Sales Representative Information" in my environment to continue the set up.
    Content:

    Hi colleagues,

As known, for Sales person set up, first steps is to copy and create a new Custom rol from Account Receivable Manager.... next step is Add Function Security Policy where you must choose: " Manage Trading Community Resource Sales Representative Information" . Well, in my Environment this Function do not came up, in fact, any "Manage Trading ..." functions came up in my LOV.

If I check in other environments of other customers, I find it.

Do someone know why I don´t see that function?  Some activation missing or something?

Find attached a word with screen where I show the missing Function.

Certainly happen in the past, I really appreciate your help.

    M Thanks!!!

    Diego Gonzalez.

      Hi,

That's weird, I've just tried this in a env I use and found the policy:

I put the custom role in the "Financials - Job Roles" category and then searched for "Manage Trading Community Resource Sales Representative Information" in the Functional Policy area. You could raise an SR if you think the issue is a bug
