    Building Integrations into Oracle Order Management
    Summary:
    Supported Business Services in the ERP Adaptor to update Sales Order Fulfilment Lines
    Content:

    Hi Experts

    I wonder if anyone in the Forum has created OICS Integrations into Oracle Order Management using the ERP Adpater and the Orchestration Order OrderFulfillmentResponseService : processFulfillmentResponse  operation?

    I'm not having much success when trying to to update the quantity shipped, and keep getting an error;

    <ns1:ErrorMessageText>

    The caller is not authorized to call this service for IntegrationContextCode DOO_Create_Fulfill_Order. (DOO-2685881) Details: The fulfillment application used OrderFulfillmentResponseService to call the ProcessFulfillmentResponse operation, but in a context where access is not authorized.-User not authorized for DOO_Create_Fulfill_Order

    </ns1:ErrorMessageText>

    I've given the caller (the ERP User) all the privilages I think necessary.

    I've tried various Fulfilment Task Types as the IntegrationContextCode also.

    If anyone has integrated into OM with OICS, and could help, I'd appreciate any help you can give?

    Thanks

    Mark

      Please check if the user has DOO_MANAGE_ORCHESTRATION_ORDER_FULFILLMENT_INTERFACE_WEB_SERVICE_PRIV privilege as mentioned in the documentation.

      Please create a Duty Role based on following privlages and then create Job Role on top of Duty Role:

      Manage Orchestration Generic Web Service

      Manage Orchestration Order Activity Interface Web Service

      Manage Orchestration Order Error Recovery
      Manage Orchestration Order Fulfillment Interface Web Service

      Manage Orchestration Order Holds Release Program
      Manage Orchestration Order Modification
      Manage Orchestration Order Purchasing Interface Web Service
      Manage Orchestration Order Receiving Interface Web Service
      Manage Orchestration Order Shipping Interface Web Service

      Thanks Sanin and Hemanth

      I had added the privilages to our ERP User that I thought we needed, but adding this list has now solved my issue and I no longer get that error.

      However, I am now receving another error;

      <ns1:ResponseProcessingFulfillLineError>
      <ns1:MessageText>Attribute TaskType has invalid value DOO_Ship for service TemplateTaskServiceAM.getTask. (DOO-2685022)</ns1:MessageText>
      <ns1:MessageName>DOO_EXCEPTION</ns1:MessageName>
      <ns1:Severity>ERROR</ns1:Severity>
      </ns1:ResponseProcessingFulfillLineError>

      We've ensured we're sending the correct Task Code into IntegrationContextCode, that is in our Orchestract against which our Sales Order has been created.

      Any advice / help on this is greatly appreciated - or any suggested external resources / blosg that might help on how to update the order shipped on a sales order using OICS?

      Thanks
      Mark
